In the following text, my person (Yisus_Shio) will be represented as “YisusShio” and the client(s) will be represented as “client”, as a reason for a better understanding of this agreement.

(*) For works containing fan service, LEWD, NSFW and GORE content:
(This refers to works centered on sexually suggestive and/or explicit themes).
❆ They will be carried out with an addition of the amount of 5(five) USD$ extra, since, as an artist, YisusShio loses the possibilities to make use of the created work to post it and give publicity to his works in most of the platforms he uses. ❆ No minor or character with childish traits may participate, be a protagonist, witness or appear mentioned during an illustration for any reason stated in the illustration (fan service, lewdness, gore, etc.). ❆ In case the client of the work is an accredited minor, no work will be carried out in which the aforementioned topics (LEWD, NSFWm GORE, etc.) are mentioned, even if the client wants to pay an extra amount.
✧ These terms and conditions may be updated at any time without notice ❆.
❆ These updates will apply to all commissions made and to be made, except in those cases where there is a verifiable agreement with the client.✧ YisusShio reserves the right to refuse or cancel your order.✧ No editable files are delivered, only the drawing in high quality image format.✧ YisusShio only works with reference image collages (not AI) for the requested design and not only with written descriptions (please be detailed and specific).✧ Without any additional payment it is possible to agree not to publish the work before a certain date, for example: Birthday gift, anniversary gift, etc.
✧ Payment methods accepted are PayPal, Vgen or Binance.✧ 100% of the price must be paid at the outset to ensure that the parties are committed.✧ Payment is made in advance, once the order is accepted.✧ The commission does not start until YisusShio receives the payment.✧ Prices will not be reduced. Any attempt to negotiate will result in the order being rejected.✧ Difficult or highly detailed characters may result in an increase in the base price of the commission.✧ Adding an extra character in the same assignment, the payment will be increased by 75% of the base price, that is, the total base payment is taken into account for each character in the assignment and not for the work itself, so, for 1 extra character 75% of the base price is added, for 2 extra characters the percentage of 75% of the base price is doubled, and so on.✧ The base prices of the orders are per character, not per background. If you have not specified a background and have not paid for it (if its complexity requires it), the drawing will be delivered in transparent PNG or with a simple colored background.✧Backgrounds are charged separately, depending on the complexity of the background. The additional price varies between 20% for decorative backgrounds, 35% for backgrounds with minimal details that are not very complex, and 60% or more for backgrounds with much greater complexity (this may increase) of the total price. The percentage will be based on the total price of the order according to the customer's requests on the form. ❆.
❆To give an example, if the customer specifies 2 half-body characters, Simple Shading, and each one has an additional garment different from the base, the price of the background will depend on the total price of all those character parameters (read price table), so: 1 character, half body and Simple Shading = 14USD.
1 additional character is 75% of the base price of 1 character = 10.5 USD.
1 additional garment for each character, 5USD x 2 characters = 10USD.
Total = 34.5 USD.
The background (depending on the type) 20%, 35%, 60% of the total sum of the above prices = 6.9 USD (20%) + 34.5 USD; 12.07 USD (35%) + 34.7 USD; 20.7 USD (60%) + 34.5 = 41.4 USD (20%), 46.57 USD (35%) or 55.2 USD (60%). Any doubt about this explanation, please mention it in the form.✧ The clothing section is only required if the client wants the character to be semi-naked/naked and add clothing, or change their outfit for additional clothing and/or accessories making the same character have different outfits, in addition, the price may increase depending on the complexity of the outfit/garment/accessory. ❆. ❆ The prices in the table are equal to 1 aggregate of clothing, accessories and/or attire, the same price is for 1 character, so, 2 characters will be double the price, 3 characters will be triple the price, and so on.✧ If the final result of the drawing is missing an element that the client wants to be present but has not indicated on the form, no refunds will be made.✧ Making changes to the finished drawing (for reasons not related to an error made by YisusShio) will be charged an extra fee depending on the complexity of the drawing.✧ Errors made by YisusShio will be corrected free of charge, regardless of when they were made.✧ If the customer needs the artwork to be done by a specific date (e.g., it is a birthday gift for someone else, etc.) should indicate this on the form. An additional fee may be charged for prioritizing the order, depending on the waiting list.
✧ Once the payment is completed, YisuShio will contact the client with the first sketch of the artwork. This will be a concept sketch before making the final sketch, so the client can change anything in this first step, with a limit of 3 major changes.✧ Upon reaching the cleanest sketch, the client will have 1 major change at no additional cost, and will also be entitled to 1 change in the base color stage with respect to the color change.✧ Beyond the change limit, YisusShio may charge an additional fee starting at 5 USD for each change, which will be higher depending on the complexity of the change, and which must be paid before the change is applied.✧ The WIP (Work In Progress) will be sent at each stage at the moment you need to move to the next step of the illustration. Explicit confirmation from the customer that everything is OK is needed to continue.✧ When moving from one stage to another in the work process, it is understood that progress is made because the client is in agreement and satisfied with the work performed. Therefore, requests to return to previous stages due to discrepancies found in later stages will not be accepted.✧ The estimated time to finish a single illustration is 10 to 20 working days from the moment we start working on it. If the client has ordered more than one illustration or there are other orders ahead, the waiting time will be longer.✧ The maximum period I can take to process your order is 4 months (in the worst case scenario, see, mental or physical health problems). Whenever something happens that delays the order, I will keep you informed.✧ My working days are Monday to Friday, and during the weekend I might not respond to your contact message (DM, email).}✧ The days that YisusShio works are from Monday to Friday, and during the weekend he may not answer contact messages (DM, email).
YisusShio only makes returns in the following cases (before placing the order the customer must be clear about their decisions so that there are no return inconveniences, thank you):✧ Failure to meet the deadline without explanation and mutual agreement to advance the deadline..✧ If the maximum term established in the terms is not complied with, for any reason.✧ A full refund will only be made if the work has not been started, this money will only take into account the net amount that has been received, so YisusShio is not responsible for commissions from payment platforms.✧ For a full refund, it will be possible only within the 60 days stipulated by Paypal. After this time, only the net amount received will be considered as refundable, see previous term.✧ If the work has been started, but is not finished, a 75% refund will only be accepted if the client has approved the sketch (this term is not for illustrations that are only for the realization of sketches, only for those that are realized lineart onwards). Once the clean lineart has been completed, no refund percentages will be accepted and, that said, YisusShio is committed to finish the job if the client wishes to do so.✧ If the customer makes a request for a refund of payment, he/she will forfeit all rights to any images or services performed for him/her, in addition to granting YisusShio the right to sell such images to other customers.✧ After receiving a full refund, the customer will NOT receive the part file that has been worked on so far. Also YisusShio will have all the right to file a claim and will have all the right to the money given if it was an unjustifiably forced refund request.✧ In addition, if the customer forces a refund, they will be blocked, thus losing any chance of repurchasing art from YisusShio, and will be placed on a public list, with a description and evidence of the situation, to warn other artists of potential customers who may be detrimental to them.
✧ YisusShio keeps the rights to each image produced. The payment is for the creation of a personalized work, not for the transfer of rights.✧ YisusShio retains the right to publish all commissions on your social networks (with commission watermark). The commission can be made private for an extra 30% of the total price, this way it will not be published on any of YisusShio's social networks; however, if the client wishes to publish it on your social networks, he/she/they must give credit to YisusShio ❆.
❆ If later the client wishes to “release” the order so that both the client and YisusShio can upload it to the networks, just send a note or message, but the extra amount that was previously charged will NOT be refunded.✧ The work will not be used by YisusShio for resale through digital and/or physical products, unless explicit permission or request to do so is granted by the client.✧ All commissions made by YisusShio are for personal or non-profit use only, unless an agreement has been reached. The client should not profit from the work done without discussing it in advance and reaching an agreement.✧ YisusShio does NOT authorize under any circumstances the use of his works to feed AIs and much less for the realization of NFT.✧ The commissions for commercial use will have an extra cost.✧ Commercial use commissions do not transfer copyright to the client.
